    Week 1

    Self-care: Replenishing your energy storage. Ok, I know this can be a tough one. What is self-care? It’s learning to listen to your inner needs. The better you feel, the more you can serve and share your talents! Learn how to make deposits to your energy stores and keep the battery charged through cleansing practices, rituals & routines. Daily success begins with daily ritual. We will build your unique battery charging routine from the ground up.

    Week 2

    Living in the natural rhythms of nature: Nature is our guide. The earth, moon, stars, sky are constantly sending signals to us. Learn to be in synch with nature to improve sleep, as well as focus and concentration during wake periods. The 5 elements that make up your unique constitution are an important part of tuning into nature. This is Ayurveda Science. We will be learning your dosha and what helps bring you into balance.

    Week 3

    Uncovering Self-sabotaging Behaviors: This is where we essentially get to “pop the hood” and see what’s underneath. What is holding you back? Self-sabotaging behaviors can be disguised as giving up, procrastination, indecisiveness, or avoidance behaviors (to name a few). These behaviors are signals for us to push the pause button on the old broken record and tune in to a new station.

    Get clear on what you DO want and what MOTIVATES you to want it. This is an on-going evolutionary process that allows us to celebrate our humanness while we overcome obstacles to up-level our inner circumstances that actually guide us to success. This is what I call the sweet empowerment of turning poison to nectar. Once you taste the SWEETness you will no longer be settling for anything less than an amazing life!

    Week 4

    Mindset / Meditation: In this section we double down on our power of thought and imagination by thinking and feeling our way to success through mindset and meditation practices. What you put your attention on grows. What you forget decays. Remember what you DO want and then thinking/feeling as if it has already happened. Don’t worry, I’ll walk you through the entire process!

    Week 5

    Your Nutritional Blueprint: My favorite subject!! My motto here: EAT to FUEL and LOVE yourself enough to take CARE of yourself. Do you ever wonder why a diet or eating plan works for a friend or may work for you for a few weeks and then it STOPS WORKING? You are part of a large experiment put on by the “diet” industry. In week 5 you will learn all about why this happens. We are bio-individuals. Learn what foods work FOR you to fuel YOU and which foods sabotage your energy, brain power, and waistline.

    Week 6

    Macro vs. Micro nutrients vs. Calories. Really we DO need to pay attention to what we ingest and more importantly what we digest. The much-antiquated equation, calories in – calories out = +/- weight shifts, is outdated and quite frankly just DOESN’T WORK. To a small degree the amount of calories and portion matters. But what matters more is WHAT you eat, how OFTEN you eat and WHEN you eat it. Bottom line – food matters, source matters, digestion matters. The specific combination of foods you eat can have a huge impact on your ability to burn fat.

    Week 7

    Embracing Exercise as a Lifestyle: Each of us has a genetic blueprint. While it is easy to see how we are unique in our shape, size, hair color, skin tone, and other physical features, we also have a unique way of moving. Our muscles are shaped differently and thus we may be adept at some types of exercise more than others. The point here is to embrace what is good for YOU and do those activities you LOVE! Let’s take “Exercise” off your swear word list and embrace it as a holistic part of being your best self.

    Week 8

    Primary and Secondary Foods: We have food for the belly, but also food for the soul. What we take in via our eyes, ears, skin, nose, and lips contributes to the experience of living. Living well means leveling up in all areas of your life. Let’s look at what contributing factors play a role in your health and well-being. Career, Joy, Spiritual Studies, Finances, etc. Getting just one of these in order will increase the probability of the others following suit.

Establish a Plan moving forward. What’s next? This week is all about establishing a clear picture of where you want to go moving forward, setting goals using your new skill set, and creating a master plan to get you there. Basically, a bullet proof Success Roadmap for wellness.
